His Excellency, Ash Almanza, Chancellor of Tartistan, Founding Father of the Nation, and Ambassador of Slowjamastan to Tartistan

The leader of Tartistan is none other than His Excellency, Ash Almanza, who is sometimes referred to as Drip Tarts or Sir Muttonchops III. Ever since the age of 14, Almanza has been very intrigued by the idea of micronationalism. He has created a series of short video essays about micronations titled "Micronations Are Interesting." His Excellency is also very intrigued by vexillology, even having his own flag collection. His Excellency has also visited the Republic of Molossia twice.
