Basque

The Basque language is part of Tartistani culture and is the official second language of Tartistan. The main reason why we chose Basque to be our second language is because it is so unique that it is not related to any other existing language. The Chancellor has also expressed some interest in the Basque Country, spanning across Spain and France, as well as it's independence movement.
